I incorporate the most recent, effective, evidence-based strategies, and I strive to provide the treatment that will be the most helpful for each client. I will work with you to build on your strengths and achieve your life goals.
Some of the strategies I use to help you achieve your goals include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy for Couples, Mindfulness-based stress reduction, Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help in healing from trauma, and Schematherapy to address longstanding self-defeating patterns.
