As a humanistic, practical, solution-focused therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support with compassion and insight  to help you address current and/or long-standing difficulties. With sensitivity and empathy, I help you bring resolution to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues.

I incorporate the most recent, effective, evidence-based strategies, and I strive to provide the treatment that will be the most helpful for each client.  I will work with you to build on your strengths and achieve your life goals.

Some of the strategies I use to help you achieve your goals include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy for Couples, Mindfulness-based stress reduction, Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help in healing from trauma, and Schematherapy to address longstanding self-defeating patterns.  Please click on "Services Provided" on the left for a comprehensive list of what I can help You with.
